Two Cups of Sugar

My parents have spent a lot of time with Nate recently as the hubby has been working non-stop and Kate's car has been out of commission.  After every day they spend with him, they talk about just how sweet he is.  How he's just so happy and good-natured and smiley.

Don't you just love footsie pajamas?  SO CUTE!

Just as sweet, though, is my niece, Brooke.

She is always happy and smiley, too.  I say that she and Nate are like the smiley twins.  And, at only six months apart in age, they'll be in the same grade at school.  (And even though Brooke is six months older, Nate is actually a little bit bigger than Brooke, aw.)

What? We're playing.

Can you just imagine the school concerts?  Both these cuties all dressed up and singing?  The thought melts me.

So I absolutely melted yesterday when my sister sent me a text message of this picture of Brooke with our Halloween card:

Brooke was walking around my sister's house with our Halloween card, saying, "Hi Naa!  Hi Naa!"

I melt.  I'm a puddle.  They are the two cutest little cups of sugar I have ever known.

Aww, its so cute that they like each other so much! Sometimes kids that age see each other as competition, its so fun when they can just play and have fun with each other!

They are definitely really cute! When kids recognize things/people in pictures I melt as well!
